Working with the University’s Contemplative Science Center, OE facilitated a multi-decade strategic vision, a 3-year strategic plan, helped to place an interim Executive Director, and provided weekly strategic support to the interim leader. Finally, in late 2024, we placed the CSC’s permanent Executive Director, Dr. Kelly Crace
OE conducted a strategic study, an executive search, and a succession plan for the Bears Ears Partnership. After placing a transformational leader, Joe Neuhof, we have remained in place as a strategic advisor.
OE facilitated a new, long term strategic vision, created a new organizational design in support of that vision, and placed the new President, Suzanne Bond.
Since 2016, OE Consulting has been working with the C.S. Mott Foundation’s Education and Civil Society Programs to create a universal evaluation framework, evaluate four major initiatives, and help create 10-year grant-making strategies.
Between 2019 and 2021, OE Consulting (under its previous brand, Schaffer&Combs) performed successful Executive Searches for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and VP of Client Development for the impact investment firm RSF Social Finance.
From 2017 – 2022 we served a family office and its impact investment firm as both executive search and strategy advisors. After four years of working together, the Client decided to wind down their investment firm and find a home for the moved capital then being invested in environmental, agricultural, and social enterprises. Our firm helped their to find the right solution for this unusual challenge.
